The Tein FLEX with EDFC is ~$500+ more than the SPLs and I'm not convinced the "convenience" of the in-cabin adjustability is worth that $500 premium. I've survived the last 3+ years with my KYB AGXs (which require manual adjustment at the corners, just like the SPL and other coilover systems would) and it has never been a problem for me.
Based on my experience and patterns (of behavior) the last few years, if I had the EDFC it would rarely get played with and would just be one more electronic device taking up space in my car.
